Endoscope Camera Module/ Endoscope Board Camera/ Tube Camera/ Videoscope Module

This series of endoscopic camera modules are high-integration USB imaging solutions equipped with high-quality CMOS sensors. They can be easily connected to PCs or embedded systems (such as ARM-based platforms, Raspberry Pi, Odroid, etc.) via a standard USB interface without requiring any additional drivers, enabling quick and seamless setup.

These modules are ideal for industrial inspection applications, especially in environments that are difficult to access with the naked eye—such as pipelines, enclosed equipment, and narrow spaces—delivering real-time, high-resolution imaging.

Structural Components

The IADIY endoscopic camera module is composed of the following three main components:

1. Image Sensor
The image sensor is the core component of the camera module and determines key image characteristics, including resolution, image quality, frame rate, signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), dynamic range, sensitivity, and image processing capabilities.

2. Camera Lens Module + LED Lighting
The lens module is available in various configurations depending on the application, with specifications such as diameter, image circle size, focal length, field of view (FOV), resolution, aperture (F-number), distortion level, environmental resistance, and optional filters. Integrated LED lighting enhances visibility in low-light conditions.

3. Cable + LED Light Adjustment
All modules support UVC (USB Video Class) protocol, ensuring plug-and-play compatibility across multiple operating systems including Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS. The transmission cable features an integrated LED brightness adjustment controller, allowing users to fine-tune illumination for optimal image capture in any environment.
