RDK-X5 Carrier Board

A carrier board for use with a compatible RDK-X5 system-on-module (SoM). Use it as the hardware foundation for camera, display, networking and peripheral integration in embedded vision and robotics projects.

Carrier Board Only — SoM Not Included

This product is the carrier board only. The RDK-X5 SoM, including its processor, AI accelerator, RAM and eMMC storage, is not included. A compatible SoM and suitable power supply are required to build an operating system.

Interface & Integration Planning

Confirm the supplied carrier-board revision and compatible SoM before selecting peripherals. Review the following interface requirements with our team:

  • Cameras: Camera connectors, supported modules, cables and drivers.
  • Displays: Display connections, supported panels and software configuration.
  • Networking & USB: Port availability, peripheral compatibility and power requirements.
  • Control & Expansion: Expansion-header pin assignments, signal levels and application-specific control interfaces.
  • Installation: Power input, mounting, enclosure and cooling requirements.

Before Ordering

  • Confirm compatibility with your existing RDK-X5 SoM.
  • RAM and eMMC capacity are determined by the SoM; they are not selectable for this carrier-board-only product.
  • Confirm whether a power adapter, cooling accessories, cameras, displays and cables need to be ordered separately.
  • Operating-system, driver and AI-toolchain support depend on the installed SoM, software image and peripherals.
