SAV531D AI SoC Project

The SAV531D AI SoC Project is a cost-efficient and highly integrated solution designed for smart cameras, IP surveillance, and Edge AI applications. It integrates a dual-core ARM Cortex-A7 processor, advanced Image Signal Processor (ISP), and hardware H.265/H.264 video encoding to deliver high-quality video at low bitrates.

AI acceleration is provided by the on-chip Intelligent Processing Unit (IPU) and Intelligent Video Engine (IVE), enabling real-time on-device analytics such as face detection and recognition. With support for MIPI camera sensors, Ethernet connectivity, low-power architecture, and a complete embedded Linux software stack, this project significantly reduces development time and time-to-market.

At the early phase of the project, two evaluation boards can be provided to customers for evaluation and proof-of-concept development. The SAV531D AI SoC Project Kit is ideal for developers and system integrators seeking to deploy intelligent video and Edge AI solutions with long-term product lifecycle support, and for project-based engagements and volume commitments, customized hardware redesign and co-development services are available. Comprehensive technical support is provided throughout the development cycle, from platform bring-up to production deployment, enabling customers to accelerate product development and reduce time-to-market.
